We usually quote within 24 hours after we receive your inquiry.
Q2 Are your samples free or do they have a cost?
It depends on the product. For low-value items, we provide free samples with freight collect. For high-value items, sample costs apply but can be refunded after an order is placed.
Q3 What is your payment term?
We accept T/T with a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% balance before shipping.
Q4 Can you provide custom designs for packaging?
Yes, we can design packaging and carton boxes according to your specific requirements.
Q5 What is the lead time for mass production?
In off-peak seasons, it is within 25-30 days. During busy seasons, it takes approximately 40-45 days after receiving the deposit.
Q6 Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1000pcs, though 1pc is available for sample checking.
