Yes, we welcome ordering samples to test and inspect quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
What about the lead time?
The sample takes 3-5 days, the mass production time takes 1-2 weeks for order quantities exceeding 100 sets.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) limit?
The minimum order quantity is low, and we can provide 1 sample for inspection.
How do you transport the goods and how long does it take?
We usually ship through DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Sea freight is also optional for bulk orders.
Can I print my logo on the products?
Yes. Please notify us officially before production and confirm the design based on our samples first.
Do you provide a guarantee for the product?
Yes, we provide a 5-year warranty for our galvanized steel components and high-quality lighting structures.
