When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.
Are your samples free or need cost?
It depends on the products. For low value products, we provide free samples with freight collect. For high value items, sample cost and freight are required, but can be refunded after an order is placed.
What is your payment term?
We accept T/T with a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% balance before shipping.
Can you do the designs for us?
Yes. If you need custom packaging or carton box designs, please inform us and we will quote according to your requirements. Otherwise, we use regular packing.
What about the lead time for mass production?
In off-peak season, it is within 25-30 days after receiving the deposit. In busy season, it is within 40-45 days. We aim to deliver goods as soon as possible.
Do you have any MOQ limit?
The standard MOQ is 3000pcs. However, 1pc for sample checking is also available.
